Deep, dark parking lot, pressed up against my car—
who. Asami Sato (
chittybang) and Sokka (
originalgaangster)
summary. SMUT. Set in Exsilium, Sokka and Asami are tinkering away in a personal garage, and they can't seem to keep their eyes (or hands) off each other.
The gentle pounding of the rain outside the cracked-open garage door was relaxing to the ear as they worked in spurts of silence and lulling conversation. Rainfall was the norm of Exsilium but sometimes it still managed to set the right kind of lazy tone for a newly realized couple who murmured over an old, dismembered vehicle. The car was found abandoned in the Outlands without its tires, and cut-up wires were strewn about the floor of the driver's seat. There were parts missing from the hood, but nevertheless, with the help of some exceptionally strong heroes in the city, they could relocate the heap of metal and rust into their personal garage and proceed to make slow progress on it. Around the same time, Asami had finally begun to reciprocate Sokka's advances.
That's when the sound of the rain carried them through timelessness in the garage. Asami could calmly dote on each and every piece of scrap metal available, go into detail about them, demonstrate parallels on her nearby bike, and at the very end pull him into a long, thirsty kiss.
This day, that moment came early for Asami. A mission had disrupted their schedule, not that that was a bad thing; as much as she enjoyed spending her time with Sokka like this, too much of the same thing could make her stir-crazy. And she had obligations after the mission, like catching up on sales with Tony's business and spending overdue time with Korra and Bolin.
So now her fingers lingered on everything they touched, and her back dipped into a curvy slope where she stood with her hands supporting her weight on the vehicle. She knew what her eyes and her hair were capable of, and so she was using her assets on Sokka mercilessly.
And to think they'd only been in the garage for fifteen minutes.
"Actually, I wonder if we could find a car battery somewhere? There has to be one laying around in the Outlands somewhere, and I know for a fact there are at least a dozen people who can deal lightning around here."
Playfully, she lightly bumped her elbow against his arm with only a subtle movement. "Maaaaybe they could charge it for us."

"Maybe. Finding one in decent condition is gonna be the hard part, though." He glanced along her curvaceous figure again, gave a gentle nudge of his elbow back against her own with one of his wry smiles.
"I guess they could, yeah. S'not always easy to find someone to charge your batteries, am I right?" He chuckled at his own dumb joke, face flushing with an embarrassed warmth.

"I guess you're right. But you never know; sometimes you just get lucky." She traced her fingertips down the back of his arm.
no subject
"Yeah, I mean, better lucky than good, I say. Luck takes you some pretty interesting places..." He trails off, turning slightly to let one hand touch against her arm in reply, feeling a little crack of energy between them.

"I'm the lucky one, Sokka," she says quietly and earnestly. Her hip rests against the frame of the car, and her hand drops to his chest, and her fingers close gently around a fold of fabric. She searches his eyes, her own half-lidded, for the same desire she feels.

"I'm pretty sure I'm luckier," he murmurs. Then he ducks his head towards hers, lips pressing to Asami's for a kiss. He moves in closer, his hip touching Asami's as the embrace continues.

Now that they're quiet, the pattering of rainfall is seemingly louder in their background. Asami smiles against a firm kiss, and she teases his mouth with a brush of her tongue against his bottom lip before she separates.
"Maybe we should close the garage door," she suggests, lips a scant inch away from his, before she eagerly connects them again. Closing the garage door is a good idea if they don't want an audience from passers-by, but Asami is feeling a little playful, as if egging him on to try and multitask.

"Uh." Uh. That's the first thing that comes from his lips as his mind catches up with her words (it's hard to focus with her warmth and weight touching up against him, the memory of her lips).
"Yeah. Maybe we should." He turns to look towards the door and the pattering fall of rain outside. He doesn't want to move towards it--that means moving away from her. He's indecisive for a moment, then he stretches out, one hand lingering on her waist as he stretches towards the cord dangling from the door. He winces, manages to reach out and snag it. he tugs and the door rumbles down to crash against the concrete, cutting off the dim grey light from the outside and leaving them in semi-darkness.

"Good job, sweetie." And then her kisses gain a new energy. They come in quicker increments, playful and heavy, while her weight presses eagerly against Sokka to beckon him towards the garage door.

He stumbles, trying to keep his arms around her and his lips against hers whilst simultaneously walking backwards. It half works and he ends up fumbling back to bump into the garage door with a small thud that drives a little breath out of him. Braced by the door, he peppers her lips and chin with kisses and his arms squeeze her in closer.
